“A picture a day keeps my (travel) demons at bay”. Hopefully, traveling vicariously through these pics will still those restless yearnings for something French until I can return—in June 2008.
- GARE DE LYON is always bustling. Here we wait for a visitor from Clermont-Ferrand.
- NOTRE DAME CATHEDRAL is beautiful no matter the season: in summer from Square Viviani over the River Seine, and in December with its huge ‘Sapin de Noel’ (Christmas tree).

- MY BIRTHDAY WINE LABEL—While in Paris, I had a “Big” Birthday and the family in St Louis (the STL Crew) designed this special wine label for me. What an honor! Rod and I thought that perhaps we’d better start making our own wine!

- RELAXING IN THE TUILERIES GARDENS.Grab a metal chair and soak up the sun; relax in a gorgeous setting. The chairs are used all year, but especially in the warmer weather.

Thanks Alicia.
As you can see, we love France and Paris.
