Here’s another very interesting sign, from Hohhot in Inner Mongolia (the Chinese part), taken from our hotel window. I’m very curious—-any ideas as to what a “Humane Liquor” might be? Do they mean that some of their liquors are inhumane? Hmmmmm…..
